Another one-of-a-kind piece celebrating the legacy of Dale Olson, Hollywood publicist extraordinaire and renowned party host! This unusual acrylic piece was awarded to Dale in 1978, recognizing his Chairmanship of an iconic event held to raise funds for City of Hope. The center gold-toned piece in the center is based on the sculpture, "Spirit of Life" by Robert Russin depicting two adults and a child with arms raised in a celebration of family, vitality and healing, which was placed at the entrance of City of Hope in 1967 and became the organization's logo.
The piece is in excellent vintage condition with some light surface scratches. It measures approximately 3.75 inches in diameter.
